The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research inaugurates
the Joint Scientific Exhibition of the Nanotechnology Center and Oil
Products Distribution Company on the sidelines of the First
International Conference on Nanotechnology in the Oil and Gas
Industry
On the sidelines of the first International Scientific Conference on
Nanotechnology in the Oil and Gas Industry held for 3-4 / 5/2017
between the Nanotechnology Center at the University of Technology
and the Petroleum Products Distribution Company at the Ministry of
Oil, His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific
Research Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Issa and the representative of HE
the Minister of Oil Advisor Ms. Dhiaa Al-Moussawi inaugurated the
exhibition in the presence of the Advisor to the Prime Minister Dr.
Walid Al-Halli and the President of the University of Technology
Prof. Dr. Amin Daway Thamir and the Director General of the
Petroleum Products Distribution Company Mr. Ali Abdul-Karim Al-Moussawi,
UOT Vice President for Administrative Affairs Prof.Dr.Sami Abualnoun
Ajeel and UOT Vice President for Scientific Affairs Prof.Dr.Alaa
Abdulhasan Atiyah and Director of the Nanotechnology Center. Dr.
Khalid Ajmi Sukkar, and University presidents, deans of faculties,
scientific departments, researchers and professors from all
ministries.
The exhibition included pictures and scientific posters
expressing the field activities of the Petroleum Products
Distribution Company, as well as the most important applied projects
carried out by the Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials Research
Center in the service of the community in the fields of
nanotechnology.
