In the presence of the Advisor to the Minister of Higher
Education and Scientific Research Prof. Dr. Musa Jawad Al-Moussawi
and the President of the University of Technology Prof. Dr. Amin
Daway Thamir. The professors of the Nanotechnology Center (Asst.
Prof. Dr. Khalid A. Sukkar and Asst. Lecturer Issa Daham ) have
participated in the work of the Preparatory and Arbitral
Committee for the 1st Karbala Conference and Exhibition of
Inventions which held at the Sheikh Al-Kalini Complex in the
holy city of Karbala under the auspices of the holy Abbasid
threshold in cooperation with the Iraqi Inventors Forum 5-7 /
4/2017.
Dr. Khalid Ajami said that the patents that were presented
in the exhibition represent the most important creative work of
the Iraqi mind, which can be invested to support the movement of
the wheel of production in different state institutions. He
added that the University of Technology has participated in nine
applied patents distinguished in the engineering and scientific
field and is subject to investment and field application.
