Assist Prof. Dr. Abdul–Qadir D. Faisal from scientific research unit has published a scientific research in scientific journal ( J. Mater Sci.: Mater Electron V26, , pp 317.321. spring ; IF: 1996 under the title of (preparation and diagnosis study of the titanium dioxide in a form of Nano wires and flowers on a glass bases and the glass covered in Tin Oxide tinged fluorosis with the use of chemical technology ). The research presented a typical preparation method for the development of membranes of dioxide titanium in a form of Nano Wires, Matrix ,long, density, vertical straightness ,homogeneous and other form similar to flower and on both side of the glass conductive and unconductive to the base of glass that covered in Tin Oxide Tinged Fluorosis (F.T. O.-Glass).
