The laser physics branch granted the master degree in “Thin Film Deposition of Nano Colloidal prepared by Laser”

Ghufran S. Jabber the student from Laser Physic branch has granted master degree on her thesis “Thin Film Deposition of Nano Colloidal prepared by Laser Ablation on ITO substrate for Optoelectronics Applications”. The discussion was take place in the building of the laser physics branch and the debate committee was comprised from The assistant prof. Nabeel A. Baker/Diyala university /collage of science/physics department..as a chairman The assistant perf.Dr.Khawla S. Khashan and The assistant perf.Dr.Khalil I. Hassoun ..as a member The assistant perf.Dr. Abdulrahman K. Ali and The assistant perf.Dr. Mukhlis M. Ismail ..as a superised The assistant perf.Dr.Ibraheem R. …as a scientific export and prof.Dr. Najim Abdul Kadhim as a lingual export. The researcher found that AuNPs was prepared by laser ablation of liquid (PLAL)at 750 mj energy and 90 pulses, have added to N719-dye to from(Au-N719)mixture. Tio2 paste was deposited on FTO substrates and immersion in a mixture of (dye+AuNps). DSSC was fabricated and enhancement of the DSSC conversion efficiency was achieved. Scanning electron microscope , X-ray diffraction and UV-Visible spectrophotometer were used to characterize and study the DSSC components. The UV-Vis data showed high absorbance of AuNPs + N719 dye compared to N719 dye only ; that’s mean immersion of AuNPs in the N719-dye solution increases the total absorbance of the dye . the XRD pattern of AuNPs has diffraction peaks at 38.2 and 44.4 which can be indexed to (111),(200) plane of Au in the cubic phase.
