Maintenance section activities

 

1) completion and configure all the special training course requirements for "Develop Skill Courses " at the center .

2) maintain periodic classrooms for the center (three classrooms) and a total of 60 computers with peripherals.

3) The Maintenance section of the Computer Center to the implement the archiving of the documents outgoing and incoming system in the all departments of the university and configure the scanning devices are necessary for the system has been completed, and the system work in the following sections and departments:
· Computer Center
· Office of Administrative Assistant
· Department of Cultural Relations
· Electrical Engineering Department
· Chemical engineering department
· Oil Technology Department
· Department of Laser Engineering
· Department of Computer Science
· Energy and Renewable Energy Technology Center
· Dormitories section
· Government Contracts section
· The central Library section
 
4) The preparation and the installation of a system for an internal network system of salaries to the Finance section .

5) Internal network maintenance in Courses section on Computer Center owned by courses system and the preparation of the new Network mapping of the network .

6) The creation and maintenance of computers at the Department of Administrative Affairs for the work of archiving of documents , which are under the direct supervision of a special committee made up of employees of the Maintenance section .

7) Examination of computer equipments and related peripherals in the center for the purpose of determining suitability and write-off of idle hardware or useless according to the orders of the technical committees and write-offs committees .
