Allowing the students who failed in more than half of subjects to participate in the second turn exam

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research approved to allow the students who are studying in Iraqis universities and Institutes & who failed in more than half of subjects in the first turn for the academic year 2010/2011 to participate in the second turn exam .giving them the opportunity to improve their academic level.
