Prof. Aswar Abdul Rasul Querrey in oil technology department at the
University of Technology participated in the Seventh International
Energy Conference, which was held in Turkey / Ankara for the period
24-25 / 11/2014 by the World Association of Energy.
the teacher Aswar said that during the first day's sessions the
discussion and evaluation of the sources , energy market and the latest
developments in this area ,the problem of the increase in population in
the world , the expected attrition to energy sources in the near future,
which is a problem to be assessed and to stand out as not related to the
policy of one country but of global politics as well as the steps taken
in this regard and its impact on policies within a global scale had been
discussed.
on the second day, (15) seminar were held, these focused on the
evaluation of the extraction and production of oil and gas operations.
The Iraqi Ministry of Oil had active presence by giving a presentation
of the ministry projects, renewable energy and finance investment
initiative, investment and fees of customs operations in the natural gas
market and the laws of marketing evaluation electricity and natural gas.
The conference was attended by a large number of Turkish national and
international companies whose products offered at the conference hall.
