The Technology embraces the second meeting of the deans of the faculties of Engineering

Discussing the curricula in some departments and teaching Iraqi construction codes

University of Technology hosted the second meeting of the deans of the faculties of Engineering in Iraqi universities for the academic year 2014-2015, which headed by Chairman of the deans of engineering colleges Prof. Riad Hassan al-Anbari the head of Building and Construction Engineering department at the University of Technology in the presence of the deans of engineering colleges in various Iraqi universities and Dr. Nasreen Saleh Mohammed the Rapporteur of the meeting of the engineering Department of building and Construction at the University of Technology, and the legal Zeid Riad Anbari / secretary of the meeting, the meeting was held at the University of Technology Council Hall.

During the meeting, letters discussed at the first session of the meeting by the Department of studies, planning and follow-up , the jurisdiction of the deputes of the engineering Department of Control, Faculty of Petroleum Engineering, University of Tikrit were followed, moreover, the curriculum of the Department of Materials Engineering in the College of Engineering - University of Kufa, which intending to turn it into two branches :Medical materials Engineering and materials Engineering starting from the third year was discussed along with the curricula of the engineering departments (Architecture) in the Faculty of Engineering at the proposed University of Gilgamesh which is affiliated Department of private Education.

Also it was discussed the letters provided by the department of supervising and scientific evaluation / Department of Scientific evaluation which concerning teaching Iraqi construction codes , and the letters from the office of studies, planning and follow-up / Studies and Planning on the modernization of the Department of Network Engineering Curricula - College of Information Engineering - University of Elnahreen, and the debate of Engineering Department of Computer / City of science College with the engineering Department of Computer and software at Mustansiriya Universit
