Lecturer From The Department Of Applied Science Granted A Patent For The Preparation And Study Models With Soul – Gel Method As Absorbent Materials Of Radio Rays

Dr. Atheer Ibrahim Abd Ali from the Department of Applied Science at the University of Technology granted a patent for "the preparation and study models of “ ferrite -Magnesium - Zinc – in Soul– Gel method ms absorbent materials of radio rays” a joint research with Dr. Jawad Kadhim at the Department of Physics – college of Science at the University of Mustansiriya
The patent granted by the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control -Ministry of Planning with the number 4589 on May 30, 2016.
The research showed the preparation models of Fright Sbnil with Mg0.6Zno.4Fe2o4 dye in two ways, the first one is physical and the other is chemical .It shows the effectiveness of prepared models as absorbent material for micro-waves within the frequency range 8 "- 12.5" Kika Hertz using a "network analyzer" where the coefficient attenuation and absorbance values were calculated as evidence of frequency by measuring the coefficient of reflectivity "S11" and coefficient permeability "S21" where three models are prepared for each method in order to be studied at three different degrees sintering "1000.1050.1100C", the crystal structure of the prepared samples using X-ray tests diffraction "XRD " also subjected to research in this study to find out the components of the models in addition to the studying of surface topography and the pattern of distribution of the particles and their sizes by using an Electrostatic scanner" SEM " .The density of the samples and porosity values were also calculated within this study .
