Student From The Department Of Applied Sciences Granted A Master Degree for The preparation of the properties and enhancing the permeability of the polymer by Nickel Ferrite Filler

The student Wassan Zidan at the department of Applied Sciences has been granted M.Sc.degree on her thesis titled “ The Preparation Of The Properties And Enhancing The Permeability Of The Polymer By Nickel Filler Ferrite ”. The discussion was held at the hall named The Late professor. Dr.Abdul Mutalib I.Al-shikh.
The jury headed by Assistant Prof .Dr. Nahida Jumaa Hamid,Assistant Prof.Dr. Wafa Abdul Khaliq and Assistant Prof.Dr Kadhim Jawad Kadhim as members. The thesis was supervised by Assistant Prof.Dr Sahh Winj NoorAldin Arif , professor Dr.Istabraq Talib Haider as scientific expert and Assistant Prof.Dr Najim Abdul Kadhim as linguistic expert.

This research studied the preparation and classification of nano compounds of polycarbonate Aniline / Nickel Ferrite at different proportions (5, 50 and 95%) where Nickel Ferrite nanoparticles were manufactured in two methods (gelatin liquid and chemical precipitation), while urinary polyaniline in the form of conductor was prepared by Chemical oxidation of aniline monomer by impurity with two different acids (hydraulic and p-Toluenesulfonic acid).
Two temperatures of sintering are used in the preparation of nickel Ferrite by the chemical precipitation method at (800.1000) ° C, at (600 800) ° C for the gelatin liquid in order to determine the effect of temperature sintering on the final specifications of the samples and compare the two methods results.
Samples were classified by Fourier transform infrared rays, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, the atomic force microscope. Conductivity of nanoparticles achieved by several technologies (meter LCR Metter, continuous conductivity measurements by Kathleen apparatus .
The results of X-ray diffraction for all Ferrite samples showed that they are a multi- Crystallization compound . The amorphous nature of the poly-aniline unpurified with acid (hydraulic and p-Toluenesulfonic acid The results showed that the best nano compound with very high absorbency along the X-band in the degree of sintering temperature (800.1000) ° C for nickel Ferrite records which prepared by chemical precipitation and at 800 ° C for the way the gelatin liquid waving. The results also showed that the compound with Ferrite nickel, which prepared by chemical precipitation is better than the one which prepared in a way that the gelatin liquid at absorbance values. Permeability were enhanced by increasing the nickel Ferrite content in the compound.
