teachers from Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials Center at the
University of Technology) published a scientific research entitled:
"Room Temperature NO2 Gas Sensor Based on SnO2-WO3 Thin Films"
Published in (Plasmonics) magazine the impact 2.21 of global publishing
Foundation (Springer).
The researchers in this research manufacture a detector of very high
sensitivity to nitrogen gaze by using thin films of metal oxides and it
has been designed mathematical model and derive equations of sensitivity
as a function of the first time of its kind and matching it with the
practical values of 99.8%.
This detector is with a very high sensitive (96.49%) at room temperature
and the highest response up to (65) seconds..
