The technology hold a course about examiners lab training under the standards of International American Concrete Institute

Building and Construction Engineering Department at the University of Technology held the second training course of the lab examiners of work for a period of 2-6 / October / 2016 with the participation of 15 participants from various business sectors private and public, and global construction companies working in Iraq.
Participants take a theoretical and practical exam in the course at the Unit of the Department of laboratory building under the standards of the American Concrete Institute ACI International (to perform the exam).
And the participants who pass the exam will be received an international document Qualifying them to laboratory work inside and outside Iraq, while the others will get a second chance to perform the exam within two weeks of delivery of results.
The program included a training course in subject of concrete tests required field in laboratories of project construction sites for two days followed by a theoretical and practical test is the last in the concrete laboratory.
It has been participated in the course management, five teachers from the Building and Construction Engineering Department and they are: Prof.Dr. Tariq Saleh al-Attar, assist.prof.Dr. Walid Abdul Razak Abbas, assist.prof.Dr. Qais Jawad Freeh and assist.prof.Dr. Sarmad Shafiq with the responsible of the course assist.prof.Dr. Maen Salman Hassan, and the concrete laboratory the department staff.
