In order to raise the scientific level in the field of sober scientific research and cooperation between sober universities, the scientific assistant of Building and Construction Engineering Department Prof. Abdul Razzaq Tarish Zaboon associate the discussion committee at Civil Engineering collage of the University of Damascus in Syria through his oversees the dissertation submitted by Iraqi pupil Shyma Latif Hussein Najem al-Dulaimi in the jurisdiction Geomatics Engineering overseeing the joint with the Syrian teacher assist.Prof.Dr. Anwar Alsaifi from the topographic Engineering department of civil Engineering Faculty.
The dissertation title: "determine the precision needed of water projects constructions (dams) by using GIS-TPS-GPS" systems in Geomatics engineering and remote sensor.
