A Teacher from the Technology get a PhD from Russia rare competence
A fellowship student assist.Lec. Aladdin Salah Yassin a teacher in Applied Science Department at the University of Technology ended his PhD studies successfully from Saratov State University in Russia in (Radiation Physics) purview which is one of rare competence in Iraq that is tagged:
"WAVELET-BASED FILTERING OF NOISED SIGNALS AND RADIOLOGICAL IMAGES"
The student showed that filtering digital signals and radiological images is important to find a solution for a wide range of scientific and technical problems. These problems occur, especially in the radiography field and communications and it is works to improve the quality of sent messages reception. Traditionally, in order to clean up information messages of overlap and confusion, depending on the discrete wavelet transform.
