A Student from Applied Science Department gain master degree about improving the production of an Alsrabptiz enzyme from Aserashiya bacteria using gamma rays

A thesis in the bio-technology branch of Applied Science Department at the University of Technology discussed improving the production of an Alsrabptiz enzyme from Aserashiya bacteria using gamma rays for the student shahad Jabbar Allawi.
The researcher showed that it has been obtained in this research on the bacteria isolation from the al-Kindi hospital after diagnosis it by Vitic device and proven the ability to produce the enzyme STP, using agricultural center Trypton for being the center suitable for bacteria development and enzyme extracted from them.
A partial purification operation was conducted of extracted enzyme from the bacteria by using ammonium sulphate, ion exchange and gel filtration. enzymatic action identified for each step purification, and offered the bacterial isolation of Kama rays to see the effect of radiation and it was the exposure to sunlight Kama different wavelengths to see any wavelength stronger impact on the gene responsible the production of the enzyme of bacteria, and whether this effect will increase the enzymatic production or decreases it .
The operations were conducted partial purification of the enzyme extracted from the bacteria after Mutagenesis process using the same methods mentioned above identified Hits enzymatic enzyme was higher than the enzyme extracted from the bacteria before Mutagenesis.
