The researcher revealed that it has been studying the effect of boron carbide minutes at a fixed rate with the addition of percentages by weight of the minutes of fly ash on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the alloy with aluminum basis.It has been used method of mixing the plumbing for the production of hybrid materials overlapped . The microscopic examination had conducted by using an optical microscope of the alloy before and after the added where indicated a change in the form of granules as the happened in deposition of Non-ferrous components. When the examination device X-ray diffraction was conducted examination scanning electron microscope SEM and a scattered X-ray spectroscopy for a general analysis of the elements .The results that the tensile and yield resistance increases with the percentage of the weight of the ash results that resist the wear and tear was higher with Article vehicle when the ratio Add 20% of the fly ash compared with other composites and alloy base .It has used a Takeuchi method to study the main factor affecting the resistance to wear and tear, where results showed that the pregnancy of Damocles has a significant impact on the rate of wear and tear.
