A Student from Control Engineering Department gain master aboutRobustness Enhancement of MRAC Using Modification Techniques for Speed Control of Three Phase Induction Motor

Controland Systems Engineering Department at the University of TechnologyGrant MSc in majoring of engineering control (very good) grade for the student AkramHashim Hamid about his thesis tagged:
(Robustness Enhancement of MRAC Using Modification Techniques for Speed Control of Three Phase Induction Motor)
The discussion took place at the hall discussions in Department.
The discussion committee consisted of:
Prof.lec.Dr. Ali Hussain Ahmed (the head)
Prof.lec.Dr. Ibrahim Qasim Ibrahim (member)
Lec.Dr. Ahmed Alaa Oqla (member)
Prof.lec.DrAmjadJalilHamidi (member and supervisor)
The Student proposed the lack treatment of dominant Adaptive Reference Model (MRAC), which is caused by the presence of uncertain variables and disorders. The proposal amend the techniques that work to adapt the law for (MRAC) in order to identify the dominant adaptive transactions within certain limits that cannot be neglected. study has been done and four modified analysis techniques and that the amendment technique that involves ((Dead Zone Modification, edit Sakma (σ-Modification ), (e-modification) and adjust the projected coefficient (Projection Operator modification). been in this work use (MRAC) to control the speed of electric three-inductive motor with a squirrel cage phase based on the directing field indirect. in such machines, comes transactions unconfirmed disorders not confirm the value of the moment of inertia of the part of the rotor of the electric motor or from the turmoil resulting from the change in load torque on the engine. effectiveness of the proposed and its impact techniques on the strength (MRAC) were analyzed using simulation by (Matlab / Simulink). and has provided student summary of findings and conclusions with suggestions for future business.
The discussion was attended by a number of heads of branches of the department and a group of professors and graduate students.
