Technological practitioners are patented in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant material from nano materials to space applications

University of Technology A number of Teaching in the Materials Engineering Department, namely Dr. Asil Basem Abdul Hussain, AD Fadhel Hashem Abbas, Scientific Assistant, Materials Engineering Department, University of Technology and Matara Raad Kazem, obtained a patent from the Central Agency For Standardization and Quality Control in the Ministry of Planning No. 4907 on 16/4/2017
"Manufacture of corrosion-resistant material from nano-ceramic overlays for space applications"

The researchers studied the mechanical and physical properties of a group of alternative materials prepared with polymeric basis and study the properties of Stripping and erosion.
The overlapping material of epoxy was taken as a reinforced fiberglass material by 3% and minutes of advanced ceramic alumina (aluminum oxide), silica (silicon oxide), titania Titanium) as microcentrifuges of different sizes (nanoparticles and micrometers) at different volume rates.
