A Committee of Laboratory Accreditation, COSQC visited ERC |
A committee from
the Laboratory Accreditation Department, the Central Organization
for Standardization and Quality Control (COSQC), visited the
laboratories ERC during 7-8th
Dec. 2016 to inspect the documents required for granting the
laboratory accreditation according to the international ISO 17025.
Several meetings were made and a visit to the ERC laboratories
included in the application witnessing the implementation of
environmental tests. The Committee also reviewed the administrative
and technical procedures and internal audit practice in the center,
protozoa and documentation required for the granting of reliability.
The Committee commended the preparations and readiness of the
examiners and the documents submitted and made the observations
relating to the completion of the granting reliability measures in
accordance with the evaluation criteria and reference documents.
