Petroleum Technology Department at the University of Technology grants MSC to the student Masrah Salam for her thesis "Effect of Nano material on lubricity and drag coefficient".

The researcher went on to improve the lubrication properties of drilling fluids by using nanomaterials.

The discussion committee was chaired byProf.Dr.Mohamed Salih, Asst.Prof.Dr.Najim Abdul-Kadhim, Asst.Prof.Dr.Hassan Abdul-Hadi as members and Asst.Prof.Dr.Asawer Abdul-Rasool and Dr.Nada Sabah as supervisors.
