  An expert in the oil ministry will deliver a lecture at the Department of Oil Technology

     Set up the University of Technology Petroleum Department and in collaboration with the Ministry of Oil / technical department lecture entitled ( measurements of the transfer of ownership of crude oil , gas and petroleum products ) on Tuesday, 14/01/2014 at the conference hall by Proffessor Zaid Mahdi Alsandouk, expert in the oil ministry and the lecture was attended by  Dr. Ameen Douai Thamer and a administrative assistant  Dr. Sami Wahid Radhi and a number of faculty members at the university and the department.

     At the beginning of the lecture, he welcomed the head of a petroleum technology, Dr. Mohammed Saleh Jawad lecturer and attendances valued as he touched to the long experience of the lecturer in his field and functional location occupied by the oil sector , for his part, the most important main themes of the lecture : the attempt to understand the measurements of the transfer of ownership through the presentation of the most important terms and characteristics , measurement systems and administrative aspects of the special out , equipment and systems of measurement as well as the most important international standards for measurements of the transfer of ownership also stressed that the aim of this system is to satisfy the customer and ensure the highest revenue for the seller and less expense to the buyer according to the law by working with equipment to measure with calibration window legally. The purpose of this measure any fault of the device or system or measurement equipment and place it under the control of what can be addressed in addition to the development and improvement and closing the doors of potential for manipulation by selecting responsibilities , documentation and auditing for all processes related to measurement. At the end of the lecture, he thanked the head of the department lecturer on this lecture book value under the guidance of thanks and appreciation given by the administrative assistant to him in recognition of these efforts.
