| The President of the University of Technology attends the general board meeting of the Petroleum Technology Department |

On
the occasion of the beginning of the new semester for the year
2011\2012, the general board of the Petroleum Technology
department held its first meeting in the presence of the
president of the university for faculty members and other
department staff on Tuesday October 11th, 2011. At the beginning of the meeting, the head of Petroleum Technology department (Dr. Khalid Ajmi Sukkar ) welcomed the President of the University and the attendance. On the other hand, the president of the university offered his congratulation and blessings to the department employees on the new semester and urged them to do their best work to serve the educational process. The president of the university also mentioned the importance of the university relations with society and labor market for being the real evaluation to our academic curriculums and the desired target in the process of constructing of modern technology in all fields, specially oil and gas sectors. At the end of the meeting, the head of petroleum technology department extended thanks and appreciation to the respected president of the university, on behalf of the faculty members and the department employees to his visit.
