Nanotechnology Center at the University of Technology will host the
second meeting of the Preparatory Committee of the Conference of
nanotechnology in the petroleum and gas industry in the presence of
the oil ministry delegation
Proceeding from the globally scoop that
achieved by the nanotechnology center/ University of Technology and
the company of distributing petroleum products, in the preparation
of the first specialized conference of nanotechnology and advanced
materials in the Petroleum and gas industry, Nanotechnology Research
Center held the second meeting of the Preparatory Committee in the
presence of center Director's - Asst. Prof. Dr. Khalid A. Sukkr, the
scientific staff in Nanotechnology Center, and the delegation of the
Ministry of oil, which included both Mr. Fadel Abbas Radi, Mr. Ghazi
Gaspe Hamid and Mr. Habib Al-Safi, a professor Kadhum Yacob and Mr.
Amjad Taha and Mr. Abdul Karim Turki and Mr. Ehsan Hadi and Mr.
Mohammed Jassim, in presence of a representative of the media at
university Assist. lecturer kadhum Mohammed on the day of Tuesday,
02.14.2017.
The committee discussed the administrative and scientific
preparations for the conference that suit with the prestigious
position of the University and the relentless quest to service the
industrial sectors including the oil ministry. It is worth
mentioning that this conference is one of the applied scientific
conferences aimed at the introduction of nanotechnology in petroleum
projects that will be held in the University of Technology for the
period 3-4 / 5/2017.
