Team from the Center for Nanotechnology at the University of
Technology able to accomplish the design and construction of the
laser deposition system (PLD) with super specifications
Under the direct supervision of the presidency of the University of
Technology and the Department of Nanotechnology Research Center,
enables the scientific team at the center from design and
construction of the laser deposition system (PLD) with super
specifications.
Where he benefited from the remnants system stopped working,
it has been developed entirely through adding operational
requirements to this system as well as provide it with an electronic
control system. Currently، the
system works with high quality to prepare the thin films and the gas
sensors and is now available to graduate students and researchers in
the university research projects. And the work team combined both
