Abstract:

      Given the will attest, the field of civil aviation in Iraq over the next ten years of expansion and development in all aspects, which include (aircraft, airports, airlines) and the need to be accompanied by the expansion of the preparation of cadres specialized in the engineering maintenance of aircraft appropriate to the labor market, have been prepared this report to be elementary proof for the engineer to test advanced aircraft leave the basic (Basic license) in aircraft maintenance engineering approved by the civil Aviation Authority.
