·        In 1980, a training visit to Japan under supervision of Marubini & Somitomo Construction Corp. Under the contract of "A 7 technical institutes project" (turn key projects) for the foundation of technical institutes / Iraq.

·        USA a training course in Soil Test Company of Evanston, Chicago.   For soil test equipments, field measurements and the Seismic techniques.  At BARABOO – Wisconsin USA.

·        1982, a follower ship in France   for one year to get higher Diploma in civil engineering  " DEA" in computer  aided design for civil engineering at "IUT" University of technical Institutes

·        2001, a training course in Jordan at  “new measurement technique for water and wastewater characteristics".

·        2007, a six months fellow –ship at Australia / Monash University under the Australian Endeavour Programme-2007  for  post -  doctorate research  fellowship with Dr. Ana Deletic.

a three steps programmed   experimental researches  work on infiltration storm water treatment were done  .

The final paper accepted for presentation at 11^th International Conference on Urban Drainage, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK, 2008.

           In the field of Environmental and Sanitary Engineering,(through the University of Technology Consultant Bureau and Kuffa University Engineering Bureau). Some of the consulting works are:

           I - Design of Wastewater Treatment plants and The collection System Networks for many cities & towns in IRAQ,:

           Kerballa & Al-Najaff,   (each of 2,000,000 capita)                          

          Al- Manathera & Al-Qadissya of Al Najaff Governorate (each of 55,000 capita)

          II- Design work for upgrading existing (working) water treatment plant of the Technical Institute of Al-Mussayab Babylon Governorate 2500 m³/d.

          III- Studies to control some industrial wastewater effluents problems for the   Fine Textile Industries of Hilla Factories and   Vegetable oil industries    in Baghdad.

 -In the Field of Urban &Regional planning

 -          Many published studies in the concept of "Environmental Capacity "of Urban traffic at different areas of Baghdad, Babylon and Kerbela cities , using mathematical  modules  of environmental capacity {The effect of different Gases (CO, PbO and SO4), Noises and Visual intrusions  of Urban Traffic on centers  Environments}
