Computer Sciences Department

A number of students in the Department of Computer Sciences participated in a workshop that was held in cooperation with Iraq Zain Telecom. This workshop which was sponsored by the President of the University of Technology Professor Dr. Amin Douai Thamer . This workshop included a panel discussion between members of the company's management and a number of scientific and engineering departments of the University and its students. 12 students from the Department of Computer Sciences participated in this workshop and who appeared first and second student to every branch of the Department of Computer Sciences of its six branches.

The workshop aimed to benefit from the experiences of the students to improve the services provided by the company and the president of the University of Technology stressed the need to take advantage of the potential of students and provide them with employment opportunities in Zain Iraq after they graduate from the university. Dr. Bashar Saadoun director of laboratories was the presenter of computer sciences department and associate assistant programmer Fadel Abbas. The workshop was held at Dr. Muzaffar Munir Hall on Tuesday 13/10/2015 at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technology.
