A teacher from our department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Maha Abdul kareem Hamood give a seminar on green marketing and its role in protecting the environment on Wednesday 6/5/2015 11:00 pm in the Environment Research Center at the University of Technology in the presence of a number of university members.

Dr. Maha indicated that the adoption of the philosophy of green marketing make business organizations achieve leadership and competitive advantage, and put it on the top of the pyramid in the competitive field of business, Green marketing is broader than just a process or activity with the aim of making a profit for the organization, it is expanding to a broader concept of the integration of environmental dimensions of thinking and the marketing activities of the organization; The basic concepts of the seminar are:

Green marketing objectives
Green marketing Mix (green product, green Pricing, green place, green promotion)
