Computer Sciences Department

Headed by Prof. Dr. Amin Douai Thamer president of the University of Technology , the General meeting of the Department of Computer Sciences was held on Tuesday 10/11/2015 in the presence of Head of Department Assistant Professor Dr. Hala Bahjat Abdul Wahab and all the staff and employees of the department.

During the meeting, the President of the University of Technology reviewed the most important achievements of the university over the past few days which was by establishing two new departments ( the Biomedical Engineering Department and the Department of Communications Engineering), where he confirmed on the need for cooperation between the departments by providing the new departments with lectures and teaching staff . As well as the most important achievements of the university which is held memorandums of understanding with international organizations and universities in order to develop the educational process, including the organization IREX and the Organization of DAAD and the University of Dresden, in addition to a regional universities Iranian and Turkish. And the president of the university said that the most important projects that the university is working on is the completion of the car garage.

In her speech , the head of the Department of Computer Science Assistant Professor Dr. Hala Bahjat Abdul Wahab explained the achievements of the department during the last year and the beginning of the current academic year .
