In the anniversary for the establishment the university of technology  and the presence of  Prof .Dr. Amin Douai Thamer and heads of university departments has been honored Bio-Medical Engineering Department of excellence and success in the requirements of creation and the opening of laboratories, Mr. president of the university Dr.Amin Douai Thamer given the university shield to the president of Bio-medical Engineering Department Dr . Wisam Kadhem Hamadan on the occasion.
