Anti-Arab search "idioms from colors: meaning,
structure, types, and their role and importance in teaching and
improving English language for non -specialist" done by researchers
L.Mayada Rahim Issa and Asst.L.Yagdan Mahdi .This study had
included of two parts; the conceptual and practical or applied part:
first part, theoretical part: analyzes in what is known as a term or terms
expressionism was the definition of the term based on the theories of
different points of views.It has been clarified all the idioms for the
purpose of giving a full simplified picture , on the one hand, and on
the other hand prepare the study to take its course to the second part,
where only the study focusing on one category of terms, which are known
as ( idioms taken from colors).
The reason for choosing this
category is due to the lack of mention of Linguistics studies very well
to her explanation and definition, especially in Iraq, in addition to
that category forms the essential part of the part II of the study.
Reflecting this part of the study, which confirms the importance of the
role of the terms expressionism from colors in teaching and developing
English language in different levels , like meaning of
vocabulary , rules ,the context and use the meaning of language. The
objective has been through the two tests are test and testing tribal
dimensions, which have been implemented on a sample search, which
consists of 42 students of preliminary study. In addition to the two
tests was to give a lecture related to the subject of the study,
expressive idioms taken from colors. This has been dealt with the
results of the tests were conducted statistical comparison between them
for the purpose of stand on the change for students in the sample levels
above language, and the findings of the researchers is positive and
effective role played by expressive terminology taken from the colors in
English Language students wishing to learn especially Iraqi people.
