Lecturer from the Department of Control Engineering participates in a global conference in Sweden

Mohsen Hassan cheloob from the Department of control and Systems Engineering at the University of Technology participated with his research entitled " Retinal vessels segmentation using matched filter with the joint relative nitropy " at a world conference of high quality classified in Group B in the classification list, 24 August 2017.
The study included the extraction of the retinal vessels from the human eye to diagnose and treat many diseases.
The results showed that the performance of the proposed method, which reaches 90% accuracy, is better than the other ways of extracting the network vessels.
