“ DIGITAL MANAGEMENT OF RELIGIOUS ENDOWMENTS PROPERTIES USING GEOMATIC TECHNIQUES “ 

Msc. Student/  Ali Hussein Hashim’s research included a new technique for the optimal management of real estate for religious endowments, where a geospatial database is created and verified as a case study for the proposed research. Factors that affect the management of real estate owned by endowments, the rental value of each property.

The quick  development of the artificial intelligence system and geomatic techniques can provide a framework for estimating the amount of rent based on spatial and non-spatial factors. The machine learning algorithm will be combined with GIS to predict and evaluate the rent volume of properties belonging to a religious institution in Iraq in Accuracy of 71%. This study can be used as an effective tool. Decision-making for planning and managing endowments in developing countries.
