  Electro mechanical Department at University of Technology grants MSC to the student Safaa Abdul-Aziz for his thesis "Improve Cooling of back Car Seat System using Heat Pipes Based on intelligent Controller"

  The researcher in his thesis aimed to improve cooling of the back car seat using OHP, and studied the cooling system in car seats to cool the human back.

The device consisted of a heat pipe in touch with the passenger back and two types of fluids were used to determine the optimal values which could provide a state of thermal comfort.

  The discussion committee was chaired by Asst.Prof.Dr.Mohammed Hasaan and the membership of Asst.Prof.Dr.Farhan Lafta from University of Karballa/ College of Engineering, Lect.Dr.Samar Jaffar and Asst.Prof.Dr.Nazhat Saeed and Lect.Dr.Israa Saad as supervisors.
