The Dept. of Computer Science organizes a scientific workshop
The Department of Computer Science at UOT organized a scientific workshop entitled "Enhancing generations in the field of technology" for researchers Prof. Ali Adel Ali Al-Zubaidi and Dr. Mustafa Khaled Muzal Al-Zubaidi in the Multimedia Lab. in the Department's building, in the presence of the Head of the Computer Science Department, Prof. Dr. Alya Karim Abdul Hassan, and the administrative assistants Dr. Bashar Saadoun, the Scientific Assistant Nuha Jamil, representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the director of the Scientific Relations and Cultural Affairs division in the department, M. Taiba Walaa al-Din Khairy, the teachers and their children.
The workshop, which was held under the title "Enhancing generations in the field of technology", aimed to employ programming in order to support the principles of sustainable development and environmental protection, with the distinguished participation of members of the Google Developer Club, a group of students from the Computer Science Department and a group of teachers and employees in the department, where children of varying ages were trained (8-15) years and under the supervision of the cultural committee staff in the Computer Science Department
