The Educational Guidance Unit in the Department of Electromechanical Engineering at the University of Technology held an awareness lecture on the role of educational guidance in improving the educational process, delivered by the head of the Educational Guidance Division in the Office of the Scientific Assistant, Dr. Firas Abbas Fadhel, in the presence of a large number of professors, affiliates and students of the department. The lecture dealt with the role of educational guidance in developing the educational process by achieving psychological, social and academic compatibility for the student, discovering his abilities and energies, and providing him with the experience and skills he needs through the educational and psychological assistance and guidance provided by the psychological counselor.
