The Department of Control and Systems Engineering holds a scientific seminar on the trends of modern and intelligent control and its prospects in fifth generation communication 

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Technology                        Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan Al-Ghabban, the Department of Control and Systems Engineering was established at the University of Technology and under the supervision of the head of the department, Prof. Dr. Azad Raheem Kareem a scientific seminar entitled "Modern and smart control trends and their prospects in fifth generation communications" in the presence of a number of professors of the department and graduate students. And in the conference hall in the department,

The seminar dealt with many axes, including (communication protocols in WSN, smart communications in WSN, IOT and IOE communication systems, the competence of the control systems department in the General Company for Intelligent Systems, old control systems, modern control systems PLC_DCS, completed projects for the control systems department, the laboratory of the control systems department .

 The lectures at the seminar were given by Dr. Moayed Sadiq Cruok and Dr. Omar Al-Ani from the University of Salford, Dr. Bushra Kazem Aliwi, Dr. Qusai Fadel Hassan, and from the General Company for Systems Mr. Sami Abed Zayer and Mrs. Alaa Mahdi Shehab and Mr. Khaled Shaker and Mr. Moayed Mahdi Shehab.

The seminar concluded with the distribution of certificates of appreciation by the department head to the professors who supervised the seminar.
