Continuing Education Center at the University of Technology held a course on the concept of management in career unit with the participation of trainees representing the Ministry of Oil

The course aims at preparing successful administrative staff in the management of various offices and how to deal with the heads and subordinates of all departments

The course included a detailed explanation of the management process, the art of administration and its four elements, equal power and responsibility, centralization and decentralization system, detailed outline of the management process and horizontal and ovarian plans

The course was presented by Asst.Mang. Farah Shawkat from the Nanotechnology Research and Advanced Materials Center at the University of Technology.
