Assist.Lec. Ali Fadel published a research entitled "techniques in distributing sources of financing long-term investments between the state and oil-producing companies: the experience of Russia & Iraq." "in an International Journal of (Science and Technology) whereas the state participation and foreign or local companies in distributing long-term investment dealing with the research in different circumstances related to putting modern technologies and infrastructure maintenance by the state, and in return companies seek to develop oil production amount in the fields and determine their responsibility and give them full rights in certain proportions in developing oil products and put them on the market.
