Sixty-one Iraqi universities enter the UI Green Metrics ranking

Sixty-one Iraqi universities have been entered the UI Green Metrics Ranking with new version for the year 2020

The website classification (http://greenmetric.ui.ac.id/overall-rankings-2020/) showed an increase in the Iraqi universities competing in this version, which registered the entry of 61 Iraqi governmental and private universities in this classification, and Babylon University topped Iraqi universities, and ranked 128th globally.

It should be noted that the ((UI Green Metrics)) ranking adopts criteria for universities ’interest in societal development and environmental sustainability issues, their commitment to environmentally friendly practices, and their keenness to raise awareness within their activities on campus and in society.
