Chemical Engineering Department organized a voluntary campaign for planting and afforestation of the department's gardens on Monday, 8/11/2021
In the presence of the President of the University of Technology, Prof. Ahmed Hassan Al-Ghabban, the Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, Prof. Jamal Al-Rubaie, the Assist. Prof. Dr. Zainab Yousef, the Head of the Oil Pollution Branch, Al- Gathraa Technology Team, and many of the department's Professors. The campaign included planting many different trees and plants in the department's gardens.
The head of the Chemical Engineering Department explained that this campaign is launching of striving to activate aspects of volunteer work for students and affiliates and to consolidate a culture of cooperation by paying attention to expanding green spaces by continuing to cultivate, organize and develop them, in order to give the university an aesthetic and civilized character.
