The Women Empowerment Unit holds a workshop on women’s leadership skills  

The Women's Empowerment Unit at the University of Technology held a workshop entitled "Women's Leadership Skills". The lecture was delivered by the head of the Elaf Center for Media Training, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Jaaf, which included a set of skills,   the skills of planning and proficiency in dealing with others, communication skills, dialogue skills, discussion management, the art of time management, team formation and management, meeting management, problem solving and decision-making, These are the basic skills that any woman leader needs, which is reflected in the way she deals with these skills. We need to not only talk about women’s rights, but rather support women in a way that they possess the necessary skills so that they can be a light productive process that creates real positive models on the ground.

In her turn, the official of the Women's Empowerment Unit, Engineer Zina Hafeez Al-Sabbagh, mentioned that this workshop is part of a series of workshops presented to the students participating in the "My Project" competition, which was adopted by the University of Technology under the patronage of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghabban. Finally, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the participants
