New Jersey American University publish news of Electromechanical Engineering Department of obtaining program accreditation on its official website
New Jersey American University, which specializes in global accreditation, has published news on its official website that the Energy and Renewable Energy Engineering Branch in the Electromechanical Engineering Department at University of Technology has obtained national programmatic accreditation as the first department to succeed this achievement in Iraq.
The head of the department, Prof. Dr. Hisham Selim mentioned that publishing this news on one of American universities website which grants international accreditation is an official recognition by them of the great achievement that came as a result of exerted efforts by all and their national responsibility.
He is pointed that the department fully prepared to provide advice and help to other departments and faculties to follow the example of the department's experience because of its great importance in upgrading the educational reality to convoy discreet international universities.
It is worth noting that the Iraqi Council for Accreditation of Engineering Education has granted the Energy and Renewable Energy Engineering Branch at Electromechanical Engineering Department national program accreditation for a period of six years, starting 2021 to 2022, as the first engineering branch to reach this achievement at the country level.
