The University of Technology dispatched the President of the Department to Kut and Erbil

     The head of the department was dispatched to Wasit province to attend a course on the oil and gas operations for the period from 17-21/3/2013 according to the invitation extended to him by the Gulf Organization for the reservoirs representation technology.Dr. Al-Jawad said: This dispatched a course for applicants to work in the oil sites in the subject of the surface production processes including surface control operations, transportation of oil and gas and derivatives pipelines, oil pumps and compressors used in transport (oil valves), oil and crude and oil derivatives tanks. The course included theoretical lectures and the use of intensive illustrations to familiarize participants with the oil industry and the environment associated.

 On the other hand, the university sent a number of university employees (including Dr. Muhammad Al-Jawad) to the Arbil province to attend an intensive workshop in the  University Administrative Systems Principles and leaders in the field of higher education (UASP) for the period from 23-28/3/2013 according to the invitation to them by (IREX) organization.
