    The Department of Petroleum Technology held a memorial meeting on the soul of the student Khalid Jemal on 3/10/2012 in the department conference room in the presence of the deceased family and the employees of the department and all his follow students. The meeting started with a holy Quran recitation followed by Al-Fatiha on the soul of the deceased. After that the president of the department Dr. Mohammed Salih Jawad gave a speech on this sad occasion. He gave his condolence to the family of the deceased and referred to the student's great efforts and hard work during his study.

Latter the student colleagues have read a number of poems on his pure soul.
