In order to develop the spirit of creativity among students in solving the problems of projects and engineering applications and the mechanism dealing with it, the first stage students in the Petroleum Technology Department took the engineering applications laboratory exam on 09/03/2016 within the department.

The lab official, Mrs. Mona Khadr said that the material engineering applications subject is the study material introduced in the academic year 2014/2015 and examines the implementation of the student design drawing on the AutoCad program, which helps students to increase cognitive and brief them on the different ideas through the discussion between groups of students. She added to that the practical part of it is being implemented in the computer laboratory using multiple programs including: AutoCad, Word, and Power point in according to the project requirements
