Erected on the University Square of Technology
within championship Technological University final match between
the two, petroleum engineering and computer science, attended
the game Dr. Amin Douai, university president and head of the
petroleum department and head of Technology Department,
Mohammed Saleh Jawad, Associate of Administrative Dr. Ramzi
Sehud and faculty Imad Abdul-Hussein, and ended as a result of
the confrontation wining team of Computer Science of (2-1) to
the team of Petroleum Engineering. It took the game in the first half, the character of the excitement and parity since the beginning and it was a rush of enthusiasm and clear their players being the final showdown in the tournament , and half was equal hand grips for both teams to end the half, the progress of Computer Science team 's lead ( 25-23). The second half saw a clear advantage for the Technology of Petroleum team 's lead to petroleum, which provides a clear and strong thanks to the strong volleys and willingness and drive of petroleum players taking advantage of the mistakes of the Computer Science's players to end the half for the interest of petroleum ( 25-9).The final tiebreaker The final tiebreaker witnessed a level playing field and rivalry among the two teams and managed the petroleum to progress a large margin to make the score( 10-5) , but Computer Science was able to reduce the difference and continued excitement to the end of game to t win at the end of the game ( 16-14 ) , and representing the Petroleum Department were Nawar Qasim, Salwan Sahan, Murtaza Qais, Ali Hameed ,Ali Haider, Mohamad Abdulalkarim and Raed Hassan and led by coach Essam Nechdat and his assistant, Ali Fadel. The awards were distributed by Dr. Ameen Douai, head of University of the winning teams.
