 Oil Petroleum Department awards grants to students (first phase)

     In the presence of a university president, Dr. Ameen Douai Thamer and head of the department and its representative,   Dr.  Mohammed Hafez Hillel launched the University of Technology Petroleum Department ((student’s scholarship)) for his dear students (first phase) on Sunday, 09/02/2014 at the conference hall.

     He praised the role of the president of the university students in community building and development of the oil industry and that the second department which the scholarships was distributed by his leadership.

     Dr. Mohammed Hillel praised on the role of the employees of the department and requested them to play an effective role in the march of scientific path, and that the number of students covered by this grant is (49) student as first phase and grants will be distributed to all eligible students, respectively.

     He also attended the distribution of scholarship to students, Mr. Associate Chief of the Scientific and Engineering Oil, Dr.  Aqil Abdullah and coordinator of the department.
