Among joy and happiness environment, the fourth stage students represented by: Ali Haider Hashim and Aziz Hassan held a graduation party of the second batch of the department graduated students (with slogan "Mertah and Metwanis batch"), which was held at the Meridien Palestine Hotel / Salahuddin Hall on Monday, 04/05/2015.

The celebration ceremony was attended by head of petroleum department Prof. Dr. Mohammed Saleh AlJawad and chairman of the Security and Defense Committee in the House of Representatives Mr. Hakim Alzamili, who honored five top students in the department with shields, in addition to honoring the whole batch with certificates of appreciation to encourage them to make efforts in order to achieve practical accomplishments and service of process for our country and wished them success and progress
