Petroleum technology department was made a workshop entitled (Methods of applying for graduate studies outside of Iraq) on Wednesday 1/2/2012 at the conference room delivered by ( Dr.Najem a.al-rubairy  ) The administrative associate and the scientific associate attended the workshop, in addition to the head of the oil reservoirs branch and a number of candidates for studying outside the country. This workshop dealt with the definition of the right ways to get admission to study outside the country by teaching them methods of writing their CV and a proposal to research and fill the application, and other necessary  procedures for applying. Then open the door  for discussion and inquiries then answer questions. At the end of the meeting, the lecturer thanked the attendance  and promised them to set up another workshop later in the purpose of preparing  students to obtain adequate housing and other things, after they receive their acceptances from the universities.
